Az önce 444 63 33 bosch çağrı merkezi ile görüştüm. ilk kez bir çağrı merkezinde hiç beklemeden hemen cevaplandı. samsundan hizmet veriyorlar.( ne de olsa memleketim insanı)

b-fit Küçükçamlıca Kadınların Spor ve Yaşam Merkezi (İstanbul)

b-fit Kücükcamlica Sport and Living Center of Woman b-fit is established by one of its partner’s participation to a similar system since 2006 in America after she reduced two sizes by working out only for half an hour a day. The first partner decided that the system which is based on scientific principles and used by 13 million Americans should be adapted to Turkey and Turkish women. The system should have been more than just a member and her gym. From then on, b-fit development has initiated and was brought into a pattern which tends to be more enjoyable for Turkish women by six experienced and professional women. Who are these women and what did bring them together? The most significant features of these women are the ability of taking life seriously without letting the fun part go by and working hard for the most part of their lives. One of them is a psychologist, an entrepreneur and an academic. One of them is a trainer and a publicist, another one is an actress and a business manager, another one is a trainer, another one is both an expert masseuse and aesthetician, and the last one is a psychologist and an academic. They reside in America, Istanbul, Bodrum, and Izmir. As a nation we realized that sports are essential for a healthy life, but how would we convince the majority of Turkish women who are known to overcome every challenge despite the lack of strength of to act selfless in almost every situation and most of whom are faced with financial problems to work out? When they were faced with a concern of health risk they would say ‘Nothing can disturb my health’. Whenever we tried to convince them by saying only 30 minutes a day would be more than enough, they would say; ‘I don’t even have enough time to comb my hair’, or if we emphasized the low cost, they would mention their retirement pay. Whereas we have helped them to try and see the truth with patience, love and understanding. We keep saying that nobody can understand our people better than us. We did not remove the excuses that the women think as a barrier against working out but helped them to see that there are no excuses that would prevent them from working out. Now, every member is putting their utmost to support b-fit.
